A standard page—and what needs scoping
A standard page is a normal business-information page such as Home, About, Contact, Services, FAQ, Team or an individual service page. Each package’s page limit applies to this kind of page.
Large product catalogs, databases or directories, custom applications, extensive calculators, membership and course features, complex ecommerce and custom API development need separate scoping. We’ll clarify the right scope in your proposal.
Who supplies what
- You supply company facts, approved brand assets, service details and factual business information.
- You supply photographs unless separately purchased, existing copy/source material, legal/privacy language and required credentials.
- WGM organizes information, recommends page structure, formats content, lightly edits supplied copy, optimizes supplied images and builds the site.
- Full copywriting, extensive rewriting, photography, video, branding and custom graphic design are additional professional services.
Two focused revision rounds
Each package includes two organized rounds of reasonable changes to the agreed design and supplied content. Focused feedback helps protect the project timeline and budget.
A new direction after approval, pages beyond the package, new functionality or integrations, or repeated rebuilding of approved sections are additional work. We’ll confirm the scope and estimate first. Authorized additional work is available at the current professional-services rate of $175/hour or by separate project quote.
