Current plans include platform-appropriate maintenance and updates, monitoring or health checks, basic troubleshooting, backup oversight where supported, and a defined amount of monthly service time: up to 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours depending on the plan. Check the plan details for the specific inclusions; unused monthly service time does not roll over.

A minor website change is a small update to an existing page or feature that fits within the time and scope of your plan. Examples include editing existing text, replacing supplied images, updating links, changing business hours or prices, adding a supplied PDF, and making simple edits to an existing page. New page design or complex development is separate project work.
